Thinking about moving to Richardson, Texas? The City of Richardson offers residents and visitors the MyRichardson App. This week the city released a new update, making it easy for the app to be used with the latest Apple and Android operating systems. This app will allow you to report issues, from potholes and stray animals to illegally dumped trash and excessive water runoff, just about any issue a person comes across can be reported. Once an issue is submitted, its progress can be tracked via the app. Users can keep up to date on Richardson news, request brush and bulky item collection (BABIC) service. You can find contact information for City departments and create a profile that customizes the app.
New to the latest version of the app is the inclusion of water, trash and recycling days. The application uses the address you enter into your profile to give you your specific days. There are also more detailed tabs that will provide you with information about holiday schedules, collection points, how to deal with hazardous waste and more.
Download the app in your smartphone’s app store.
